How Do I Customize Customer Emails?

Follow these steps to customize Customer emails:


- From the Dashboard, select the "Configuration" drop-down menu and then select "Email Templates."






- While on the "E-mail Personalization" page, select the "+ Add New" button at the top right of the page.



- On the "Create New Template" page, you are able to customize your own email templates made to be sent out to your Customers.



- When finished, press the "Save" button.
