How To Search/Add Customers - 

  • Log in to Chargezoom Dashboard:

    • First, log in to your Chargezoom account.
  • Navigate to the "Customers" Section:

    • From the Chargezoom dashboard, look for the Customers option in the menu.
  • Select "Customers":

    • Click on Customers to view your customer data, search for existing customers, or add new customers.

Search for Customers:

  • Path - Customers > Search for Customer
    • This allows you to search for existing customers in the system, possibly using filters or search criteria to find specific customer details.

Add New Customer:

  • Path - Customers > Add New > Enter Customer Information > Save
    • In this process, you can add a new customer by providing their details (like name, contact information, etc.) and then saving the new entry to the system.

Sync/Automation tier

 You will need to add new customers in QB and those will sync into the B2B portal.
