Enterprise is the only tier you can search/add new customers on the platform.

Search for Customers

Customers | Seach for Customer

Add New Customer

Customers | Add New > Enter Customer Information > Save

Sync/Automation tier

You will need to add new customers in QB and those will sync into the B2B portal.
