How to remove the Application from Web Connector

1. Open the web connector and click Remove on the application. (QuickBooks | File > Update Web Services)

It will prompt for confirmation to remove, click Yes

  1. If you are not able to remove the application, you may need to perform a forced removal via the registry (Merchant IT should do this)

Once the application is removed from the web connector, you will also need to remove it from QuickBooks before re-adding the application.

How to remove the Application from QuickBooks

1. Login to QuickBooks desktop in Single User Mode

2. Go to Edit > Preferences > Integrated Applications > Company Preferences Tab > Select the PayPortal Application > Remove

3. Click Ok
