Void a Transaction -

Void a Transaction:

  • Option 1: Search for the Transaction

    • Go to the Transactions section.

  • Search for the transaction you would like to void.
  • Under the Action column, select the drop-down menu and choose Void.

  • Option 2: Void from Customer's Transaction History

    • Select the Customer in the Customers section.

  • Go to Transactions under the selected customer.
  • Select the transaction you wish to void.
  • Under the Action column, select the drop-down menu and choose Void.


Important:

  • A transaction can only be voided if the charge has not yet been settled.
  • If the transaction has been settled, you cannot void it. Instead, you must refund the transaction.
