Void a Transaction -
Void a Transaction:
Option 1: Search for the Transaction
- Go to the Transactions section.
- Search for the transaction you would like to void.
- Under the Action column, select the drop-down menu and choose Void.
Option 2: Void from Customer's Transaction History
- Select the Customer in the Customers section.
- Go to Transactions under the selected customer.
- Select the transaction you wish to void.
- Under the Action column, select the drop-down menu and choose Void.
Important:
- A transaction can only be voided if the charge has not yet been settled.
- If the transaction has been settled, you cannot void it. Instead, you must refund the transaction.
