Authorize a transaction

      • Click on the "Payments" drop-down menu to open additional payment options.
    • In the drop-down menu, select "Credit Card" as the payment method. This will bring up the options for entering and authorizing credit card payments.

  • Customer Information: Enter or confirm the customer’s name.
  • Enter Authorization Amount: Input the amount you wish to authorize for the transaction.
  • Select Card: Choose a stored card from the available options, or enter new card information (such as card number, expiration date, and CVV).
  • Submit: Finalize the transaction by clicking "Submit" to authorize the payment.

Attach the Authorized transaction to an invoice

  • Log in to the Dashboard: Access the merchant or admin dashboard where you manage transactions.

  • Navigate to the "Payments" Section:

    • From the dashboard, find the "Payments" menu.
    • Select "Credit Card" from the drop-down list.

From the options that appear, choose "Capture" to process the transaction or "Void" if you want to cancel it.
