The customer portal is only available on Enterprise. 

From the dashboard select 'Customer'

Select the 'Customer Name' to open up the customer profile

Select 'Activate Portal' this will send the customer an email with instructions on how to create a login to their profile

Select 'Activate' to send the email to the customer

The customer will receive an email with instructions on creating a log in to their customer portal
