Why aren’t my Transactions Syncing to Quickbooks Desktop?

1. Make sure the web connector is running. Web connector must be running in order for the sync to happen. The default sync interval for QBD is 30 minutes

How to check if sync is working:


Integrations |  Accounting Package > View Log


Under status, it should state synced. If there was an issue with anything there will be a red Re-Sync button. Select that and it will Re-Sync that transaction.



Pay attention to the ID. This can help to troubleshoot

- QC-xxxx indicates data is being synced from Quickbooks to Chargezoom

- CQ-xxxx indicates data is being synced from Chargezoom to Quickbooks
