This happens when Web Connector can’t authenticate your application.

This error happens when an internal firewall or antivirus is preventing the Intuit web connector from communicating with outside services. 


1. Re-download the QBWC file and try to re-add the application again. 

2. Verify and allow the Intuit web connector to communicate to our Service Host: and through your firewall and/or antivirus  

Once the web connector is allowed to communicate with these services, please try to add the application again.
