How To Add Invoice Message Note - You can provide additional details or explanations about specific charges or line items, reducing confusion for the recipient.
Go to the Invoices Tab:
- Find and click on the Invoices tab, located on the left side of the screen.
Select an Invoice:
- In the Invoices section, locate the specific invoice number you want to view.
- Click on that invoice number to open the Invoice Details page.
Enter a Message:
- On the Invoice Details page, look for the Invoice Message text box.
Click on the text box and type your message.
Save the Message:
- After entering your message, click the 'Save' button to save the changes.
