The default setting of all system email templates is to attach a Chargezoom generated invoice PDF. This can be turned off for one specific email, or if you are on our Plus plan you can change the default setting within the email template to be turned off, so that any time you utilize that email template the PDF will (or will not) be attached.
To turn off the PDF attachment for one specific email, you can turn the ‘Attach PDF’ toggle off when emailing the invoice to your customer.
You can turn off the PDF attachment for a specific email template. In your Chargezoom account Under ‘Configurations’ > ‘Email Templates’ select the Email Template you want to edit.
Under the ‘Reply-To’ email information you can turn the ‘Attach PDF’ toggle off. This will ensure that all emails sent out using this template will default to NOT attaching the invoice PDF.
Be sure to click ‘Save’ in the bottom right corner, then you are all set!
