1. Open Registry Editor
Click the Start Menu > Search for regedit
Click regedit.exe
2. Expand HKEY_CURRENT_USER > SOFTWARE > QBWebConnector
3. Right click Level > Modify > Update Value data to VERBOSE > OK
4. Open Web Connector | View Log(a txt document will open) > Select all (Press CTRL+A) > Press Delete or Backspace > Save(CTRL + S)
5. Open Web Connector | Check the box to the left of Payportal > click Update Selected
6. Click View Log
7. Click Save As and save it to your desktop
