How to Get Gateway Credentials - EPX

Here’s the process for obtaining EPX Gateway Credentials:

1. Contact EPX Tech Support:
   The merchant needs to call EPX Tech Support at 1-800-226-2273 and request their 4-Part Key. This key is necessary to access the EPX Gateway services.

2. Verification and Information:
   EPX will require certain details to verify the merchant’s identity and provide the credentials. They will ask for:

   • Customer Number
   • Merchant Number
   • DBA (Doing Business As) Number
   • Terminal Number

3. Receiving Credentials:
   After verification, EPX will provide the 4-Part Key, which includes the Customer Number, Merchant Number, DBA Number, and Terminal Number.

These credentials are necessary for merchants to integrate with and use the EPX Gateway for processing payments.
