What are the requirements to add a PayPal Gateway?

To locate your PayPal API signature credentials (API Username, API Password, and API Signature) in your PayPal Business account, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your PayPal Business account:

   • Go to PayPal's login page and log in with your business account credentials.

2. Navigate to Account Settings:

   • Once logged in, click on the Profile icon in the top-right corner of the page (this is usually your name or the business name).
   • From the dropdown menu, select Account Settings.

• Access API Credentials:

  • In the Account Settings page, look for the API Access section on the left-hand side menu. This may be under the "Integrate PayPal" or "Payment Settings" section.
  • Click on API Access. If you don’t see it immediately, you might need to select Manage API credentials or a similar option.

3. Scroll down and look for "NVP/SOAP API Integration (Classic)":

   • In the API Access section of the PayPal settings, scroll down until you see the section labeled NVP/SOAP API Integration (Classic).

4. Select "Manage API credentials":

   • Under this section, click on the Manage API credentials link. This will take you to the page where you can view and manage your API credentials, including the API Username, API Password, and API Signature.View and Copy Your API Credentials:
   • On the Manage API credentials page, you will see your API Username, API Password, and API Signature listed. Copy these credentials to use them for your PayPal payment gateway integration.

If you don’t have API credentials yet, you will have the option to Request API credentials or Create new credentials. PayPal will guide you through generating these details.

To add your PayPal Gateway to Chargezoom, follow these steps:

• Login to your Chargezoom account: Go to the Chargezoom website and log in with your credentials.
• Select "Integrations": Once logged in, navigate to the "Integrations" section in the menu.

• Navigate to the "Payment Processor" page: In the "Integrations" section, look for the "Payment Processor" page. This page manages your payment gateway connections.

• Click on the "Add New" button: On the "Payment Processor" page, click the "Add New" button. This will open a list of available payment processors that you can integrate with Chargezoom.

• Select PayPal: From the list of available payment processors, select PayPal as the option to integrate.

• Enter PayPal credentials: You will be prompted to log into your PayPal account and grant the necessary permissions for Chargezoom to connect with PayPal.

• Save changes: After configuring PayPal, make sure to save your settings. 

By following these steps, you will have successfully added and configured your PayPal Gateway to Chargezoom.
